Does Qualite have or use a continuous lighting system?
Yes, Qualite offers the Qualite Continuous Illumination (QCI) system.

If I submit my requirements how long will the turnaround time be before I can view the results?
This can be from 2 days to a week depending on the size of the project.

What is the turnaround time on a job that is purchased?
Typically 4-6 weeks however we can sometimes get it out quicker if needed.

What kind of warranty’s are offered on jobs so if anything goes wrong I will feel comfortable it’s covered?
We offer a 10 year standard warranty with every system and the option to purchase a 10 or 25 year comprehensive warranty.

Our school is desperately in need of lighting, what is my first step to proceed further as I know nothing about sports lighting?
Let us know and one of our agents will contact you and get the designing process going. We offer full lighting design services to our customers for no charge.

Does Qualite offer a system that can be monitored and also accessed from a remote locations such as a computer or cell phone to control the lighting?
Yes, Qualite offers the ReQuest Control Unit which allows remote control, monitoring, and scheduling of your lighting system.

What is the expected life of my system once it is installed?
We have systems still operating from our entry into the industry (around 25 years) but with the way technology grows 10-15 years is a more realistic life span before the system is deemed obsolete.

Can Qualite comply with the IES (Illumination Engineering Society of North America) lighting standards and recommendations?
Yes, we can and prefer to design to the IESNA’s standards but can also design to higher or lower standards if specified.

If I choose Qualite what kind of customer service will I receive throughout the process and after the sale?
When you make a purchase from Qualite you are purchasing more than just the equipment; you are purchasing a partnership. We will be available throughout the life of the system to assist in any problems, concerns or changes that need to be made (regardless of which warranty option that you have).

Is it possible to have technical assistance at the jobsite to assist in installation?
Yes, a time and expense charge can be quoted.
