Product Warranty::

In line with the flexibility of the Qualite Systems is the Flexibility of our warranties.  We offer a standard warranty with every system sold, 10 or 25 comprehensive warranties, or a Custom warranty.

Qualite’s Standard Warranty - 10 year coverage of luminaire assemblies and aiming.  Any parts except lamps and fuses, found to be defective shall be replaced, labor included, during the first seven (5) years and parts only for the remainder of the warranty period.  Lamps are warranted for a total of two (2) years; installation and lamps included in the first year lamps only in the second.  Fuses are not warranted after initial installation

10/25 year Comprehensive Warranty - Qualite’s optional comprehensive warranty will provide total coverage of parts and labor for the time you deem necessary.  A complete lamp replacement at the end of rated lamp life is included along with the capability to work in conjunction with the ReQuest(remote control unit) and Monitoring service.

Custom Warranties - Qualite can work with the customer to create the warranty that suits their needs.
